Being new to the area we at times were at the mercy of relying on the builder for the best advice and service. We were fortunate to have Toni as our focal point during the construction process to help us through the interface between the builder and vendors. Building a new home although exciting from a customizable process has many challenges during the construction process. Quality vendor selection and communication is essential to completing your house in a satisfactory way. This was not the first new home construction we have had and this was by far the best experience mainly due to our regular interface with Toni & Glen.
